FALL IN SOCIAL VALUES 2025

The Department of Political Science, Loyola Degree College, organized a special talk on “Fall in Social Values” on 10th September 2025. The event was graced by the presence of Justice N. Santhosh Hegde, Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, Former Solicitor General of India, and Former Lokayukta of Karnataka, as the Chief Guest.

Justice Hegde, known for his integrity and dedication to public life, addressed the audience with deep insights into the importance of values in society. He highlighted how the erosion of moral and ethical values poses a serious challenge to individuals, institutions, and the nation at large. Drawing from his vast experience in the judiciary and public service, he emphasized the role of honesty, transparency, and accountability in strengthening democracy and ensuring social justice.
