Leadership Programme
On 9th August 2025, the Campus Ministry of Loyola Degree College organized a Leadership Programme exclusively for the Student Council members. The session aimed to inspire and equip the council with essential leadership skills, teamwork strategies, and a sense of responsibility towards the college community. Through interactive activities, discussions, and motivational talks, participants explored the qualities of an effective leader rooted in values and integrity. The programme encouraged collaboration, problem-solving, and servant leadership, fostering a spirit of unity among council members. It concluded with a renewed commitment to lead by example and contribute positively to the growth of the institution.
