Placement Cell of Loyola Degree College
On 27th September 2025, the Placement Cell of Loyola Degree College, in association with Jesuit Volunteers, organized a special session on Resume Building, Time Management, and Career Guidance. The program was designed to prepare students for the competitive job market and equip them with essential skills for professional growth.

The session on Resume Building provided students with practical tips on structuring an impressive and professional resume. Resource persons highlighted the importance of clarity, accuracy, and showcasing achievements effectively to capture the attention of employers. Students learned how to present their skills, experiences, and strengths in a way that enhances employability.

In the segment on Time Management, the speakers emphasized prioritization, effective scheduling, and avoiding procrastination as crucial habits for success. Interactive activities helped students reflect on their daily routines and identify areas for improvement.
