STAFF ORIENTATION PROGRAMME
The management of the college organized the staff orientation programme for all the faculties of the college on 28th May 2022 at 9.30 AM in the college. The resource person for the programme was Rev. Dr. Anil D’ Almeida SJ. The staffs were oriented on the topic Characteristics of Jesuit education, which gave a detailed insight about the responsibility of the staff towards the society. Later the group discussion was conducted where the staffs were given the opportunity to discuss in groups regarding the experience of the staff in the college with regard to service of the college towards the society, effect of NEP in the present scenario and what can be the future long and short-term goals of the institution. The programme came to an end with the presentation of above-mentioned topics.
